We're recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils across welcoming Primary Schools in Newport. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have transferable experience working with children and young people, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

📚 Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✏️ Assist teachers with engaging learning activities
🌟 Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
🤝 Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
📝 Support pupils with a range of learning needs where required

Who We're Looking For

✅ Positive, patient and adaptable approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Welsh-speaking desirable but not essential
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
