We have opportunities for individuals who enjoy working with children, supporting classroom learning and making a positive difference to pupils' educational experiences.

Roles may involve general classroom support, small-group interventions or additional support for pupils with special educational needs.

**The Role:**

- Support class teachers with delivering engaging learning activities.
- Provide individual and small-group support.
- Assist pupils with literacy, numeracy and other curriculum activities.
- Support children with different abilities and learning needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.
- Assist with preparing classroom resources.
- Promote a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
- Experience within primary schools, nurseries or other child-focused settings would be beneficial.
- A caring, patient and encouraging approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence supporting children with different learning needs.
- Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for children's education and development.
