Are you a passionate and experienced primary-trained teacher ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking a Curriculum Lead for the Lower School to help shape and deliver a creative, engaging, and inclusive curriculum for our growing department.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small but expanding Lower School team, currently comprising two primary classes (Years 5 & 6), with a unique model that also supports Year 7 students transitioning into secondary education. You will oversee three teachers and one LSA, working closely with the pastoral team to ensure a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support safeguarding practices and uphold a trauma-informed approach to education
  • Manage departmental resources and contribute to whole-school development

What We Offer:

  • A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team

  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • A strong focus on wellbeing, both for students and staff
