We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant school in Chatham, starting in September. • Deliver engaging and effective teaching lessons to Year 3 pupils, adhering to the Primary Curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of pupils.
• Implement inclusive teaching practices to cater to a diverse range of learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.
• Foster a positive, creative, and stimulating classroom environment for pupils.
• Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural skills.

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
• Qualified to teach in the UK.
• Sound knowledge and experience of the Primary Curriculum.
• Proven track record of improving pupil outcomes.
• Flexible and proactive approach to workload.
• Strong commitment to promoting equality and inclusion.
• Sense of humour.
• Experience working with children with SEND is advantageous.
