Prime Asset Serving Manager

We're supporting a global financial services firm as they continue to expand their Prime Services operations. They're now looking for an organised, detail-oriented professional to join their Asset Servicing team, supporting a range of institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms.

This is a fast-paced, operationally critical role that would suit someone with experience in Prime Brokerage or Middle Office operations, and strong exposure to corporate actions, reconciliations, or trade lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process corporate actions (voluntary and mandatory) across multiple global markets
• Perform daily asset reconciliations between internal systems and external custodians/clearing venues
• Liaise with trading desks, clients, and custodians to ensure timely settlement and accurate asset servicing
• Manage the integrity of security setups, income events, and position updates
• Support collateral management teams by ensuring asset availability and accurate record-keeping
• Provide high-quality reporting and respond to client queries in a timely, professional manner
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives across the function

• Experience within prime brokerage, asset servicing or securities operations
• Familiarity with corporate actions, trade settlements, reconciliations, or custody services
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and securities processing
• Proactive, client-focused mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Initial 6-month contract, with expectation for extension or to be made permanent with the end client.
