Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
On Target Earnings: Uncapped. You recieve up to 50% of the fee (from Day 1)!

Are you an experienced, self motivated Sales Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a dynamic & innovative independent estate agent? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to help continue their phenominal growth. The team is mostly made up of ex Branch Managers who grew tired of managing teams + corporate restrictions & wanted to concentrate purely on 5* customer service & big commissions instead!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate instructions from your own list of contacts. This role is only suitable for candidates with a number of years successfully operating across Prime London postcodes.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the residential sales business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Monitor local property market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.

Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Identify opportunities for business growth

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a sales management or valuer role within the residential property industry.

A healthy client base accumulated from previous roles across Prime London

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of the local residential property market is an advantage.
