Since joining the Outwood Grange Academies Trust in October 2017, Outwood Academy Redcar has undergone a remarkable transformation. The Role & Opportunity

Accountable to the Chief Executive and Associate Executive Principal, you will hold delegated accountability for driving educational standards, fostering innovation, and building leadership capacity across the academy. You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources effectively, and ensure our high-quality curriculum equips every young person to reach their full potential.

About You

You are a visible, enthusiastic leader with NPQH status and a track record of transformational leadership. You possess the emotional intelligence to inspire staff, the resilience to navigate challenging circumstances, and an unwavering commitment to educational equality.

Note: As a Trust leader, flexibility to work across the wider Outwood Family of Schools may be required as directed by the Chief Executive.
