The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Principal or Associate Planner to join their London office.

This is a senior, client -facing role offering exposure across a wide range of sectors and project types. While much of the work focuses on development management (preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications), the role also includes:

• Local Plan representations
  

• Appeal work
  

• Masterplanning
  

• Strategic planning advice
  

You will act as the primary client contact on key projects, taking responsibility for:

• Preparing fee proposals
  

• Leading complex planning applications
  

• Managing multidisciplinary project teams
  

• Delivering high -quality reports to agreed deadlines
  

• Supporting business development initiatives
  

About You

• MRTPI Chartered (or working at a level consistent with Principal / Associate)
  

• Strong experience across the full planning lifecycle
  

• Proven ability to manage projects independently
  

• Commercially aware with confidence in client -facing situations
  

• Clear, articulate report writing skills
  

• Motivated to grow within a collaborative, ambitious team
