We’re working with a Building Services & Sustainability Engineering consultancy who are driving the transition to low-carbon, high-performance buildings. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Building Physics Engineer to shape the future of building performance and environmental design.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, passionate about sustainability and wants to bring their own ideas to a growing business. If you have a ‘business head’ and want to partner with a business that can offer a range of services and all the ambition in the world, this is the place for you!

We’re looking for someone to help shape the growth of their sustainability team, so experience in a similar position would match up very well. If you’re a Senior or Principal Engineer, we’d love to hear from you, but we’d also consider individuals with the right experience who have the right drive and ambition.

If you’re stuck in a normal Senior role, with no progression or chance to challenge yourself, this is the position for you!

What you could be doing with as a Senior Building Physics Engineer?

• Drive the development and implementation of sustainable, low-carbon design strategies
• Leading the current Building Physics team to successful project completion as well as helping to grow the division alongside other business leaders.
• Lead environmental modelling across thermal comfort, daylight, ventilation, and energy performance (including TM52, TM59, and BB101 assessments)
• Prepare and review technical reports, fee proposals, and planning support documentation
• Collaborate with in-house acoustics and other teams to deliver integrated design solutions
• Cultivate client relationships, support business development, and contribute to marketing efforts
• Deliver CPDs, facilitate design workshops, and represent MACH at industry events
• Mentor junior consultants and help evolve our consultancy offering
