Principal Building Surveyor (Fire Safety and Climate Change)

Our portfolio includes an exciting mix of high and low rise blocks alongside traditional dwellings, predominantly rented units with some leaseholds offering you considerable scope to apply your talents.

You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of external contractor led fire safety improvement programmes across the stock in accordance with the organisations fire risk management strategy. You will also be responsible for the delivery of decarbonisation projects for our council owned housing stock.

Most of the projects that this post will be responsible for are complex and likely to be inter-dependant on other parallel work streams. Keeping these individual pieces of work on track and focussed will require programme management experience and skills.
