Our client who are based on the outskirts of Leeds require a Principal civil engineer that has experience in drainage and related civil engineering design works.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities for thePrincipal Civil Engineer
This Principal Civil Engineer role is office based, and will include visits to construction and project site as well as attendance at client meetings.
This is a technical, project management and supervisory role and your responsibilities will be;

Delivery of civil engineering and drainage elements of projects.

The production of technical reports and drawings and technical accuracy of the same.

Mentoring and supervision of staff within your team as the role develops,

Involvement in internal peer reviews in conjunction with Technical Directors.

Undertake schematic and detailed design of drainage networks and production of hydraulic calculations and modelling of the same.

Ensuring the appropriate level of design information is produced at the correct time.
