About the role
I’m currently leading a search for a Senior/Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to join the technical team at a leading clean technology integrator and renewable asset developer, based out of their London office on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office).
The business is experiencing significant growth and needs a senior civil/structural authority to serve as the main point of contact for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects—with a heavy emphasis on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar PV, and commercial decarbonisation schemes.
This is a brilliant balance of hands-on design leadership, constructability assessment, and subcontractor management. You will have a direct hand in shaping the engineering delivery of a massive UK utility-scale pipeline.
The Essentials:

Experience: 5+ years of industry experience, with a strong preference for those who have delivered civil/structural elements of BESS or substation projects.

Qualifications: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, ideally Chartered or actively working towards it.

Location: London / Hybrid (2 days in-office).
*
Package: £60,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience) + private healthcare + profit-based bonus scheme.
