We are currently seeking a Principal Clinical System Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Principal Clinical System Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and direction in the design, development, and implementation of clinical systems and techNlogies within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

• Leading the design, implementation, and management of clinical trial systems and databases.

• Providing expertise in clinical data management and techNlogy solutions to support trial operations.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met and maintained.

• Developing and implementing data standards and quality control processes to ensure data integrity.

• Providing guidance and support to project teams on system-related issues and troubleshooting as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Extensive experience in clinical data management, including expertise in clinical trial systems and databases.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and projects.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to clinical data management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
