Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant – Oracle EBS HCM to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in EBS HCM Modules, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, and possess extensive knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.

Key Requirements

Experience: 12+ years in Oracle EBS HCM, particularly in Compensation & Benefits modules.

Payroll Expertise: Proven proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.

Leadership: Excellent communication skills to effectively lead discussions, support stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery.

Support Ownership: Hands-on experience in support processes, ensuring accountability and resolution from start to finish.

Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
