Principal Consultant – Treasury Architecture

We are seeking a Principal Consultant in Treasury Architecture to support complex Treasury and Payments transformation programmes.

In this senior role, you will lead architecture workstreams across Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Payments platforms, acting as the bridge between clients and delivery teams. Operating within our client’s Project Delivery Service (PDS) model, you will translate business requirements into structured delivery artefacts and ensure solutions are delivered with architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury and Payments architecture workstreams
• Facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into delivery-ready documentation
• Provide subject matter expertise across TMS and Payments platforms
• Own architectural RAID and solution quality management via ClickUp
• Act as a senior client-facing advisor, aligning roadmaps and delivery outcomes
• Direct functional delivery teams and preserve architectural intent
• Support pre-sales activity including proposals, costing, and solution design
• Mentor junior consultants

About You

• 5–7 years’ experience in treasury technology, systems integration, or architecture consulting
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, APIs, and SaaS/Enterprise Treasury platforms (Integrity desirable)
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Treasury and Payments transformations
• Confident engaging senior client stakeholders
• Strong documentation, presentation, and governance skills
• Willing to travel up to 25%
