Principal Cost Estimator - Outside IR35

Scope of Work:

Kent is looking for a Principal Cost Estimator to be based in Woking on an Outside IR35 basis. Due to continued growth and project awards, this role will be working across multiple projects supporting several clients within the low-carbon and traditional international energy sector. Previous experience working with Aramco or KJO is desirable.

Key Requirements: 

• Develop conceptual cost estimates and cost models (AACE Class 5 to Class 3)


• Develop FEED cost estimates and cost models (AACE Class 3 to Class 2)


• Collate and maintain company cost data


• Perform assurance and benchmarking


• Develop bid evaluations


• Perform risk analysis


• Improve estimating methods and tools within the cost estimating function


• Develop level 1 and level 2 Schedules
