Salary £95,000 - £125,000

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior/principal engineer in high-performance trading systems or similar domains.
• Strong proficiency in C#, React and (Java) with a deep understanding of system architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with low-latency, high-throughput messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or proprietary systems).
• Expertise in cloud technologies and deployment pipelines (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Expertise in performance profiling and optimisation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, particularly credit markets, is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, and agile methodologies. Containerization.
• Source Code Management; git or DevOps platforms; gitlabs, TeamCity
