The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer

• Lead fire engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring compliance, innovation, and exceptional quality.
• Deliver on a wide range of
• Provide strategic advice to clients, design teams, and stakeholders on fire safety matters.
• Mentor and develop engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Take ownership of project delivery, budget management, and client satisfaction.
• Support business growth through client relationship building and proposal development.

The Principal Fire Engineer

• Degree-qualified in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering fire safety strategies across diverse sectors.
• Chartered status (CEng / MIFireE) or working towards it.
• A proven leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, codes, and standards.
