Principal Geophysicist

Cammach is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an E&P Operator based Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have experience with Non-Operated Venture side of the contract and be involved/attend technical meetings with partners. Experience with 4D seismic software required. Initial 12 months contract on PAYE / Agency Worker

Hybrid options (3 days in office and 2 day working remotely)
RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide geophysical expertise across Subsurface and Exploration including technical mentoring and coaching
To support the Subsurface Chiefs to in providing technical reviews and assurance in line with corporate standards and VOSG processes, as directed by the appropriate discipline Chief and to occupy no more than 30% of the role
Seismic interpreter within the Operated Assets multi-disciplinary subsurface team
Deliver opportunities for production enhancement and resource additions through subsurface characterisation, reservoir geological modelling and opportunity generation & maturation
Support well planning & delivery programmes
Creates and takes accountability for organisation
