Job Description

A well-respected, global real estate consultancy are looking for a Principal or Associate Heritage Consultant to join their team in Leeds. They advise on a full range of planning processes across built heritage and archaeology and you would be joining and developing a growing team.

Responsibilities:
Identifying and analysing built heritage issues to inform planning strategies
Producing heritage assessments and statements of significance
Appearing as an expert witness at public enquiries
Engagement with local planning authorities and other consultees throughout the pre-application and application process

Requirements:
Specialism in built heritage
Demonstrable experience in EIA and Environmental Scoping
Understanding of laws and legislations relating to heritage and the planning process
