Principal / Managing Consultant

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong, consistent billing history who is ready to take on greater leadership responsibility. This role will suit someone who has already proven themselves at senior level and is looking for the next logical step — managing a desk or team, shaping how the business grows, and playing a visible part in its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and developing a desk or team, with input into strategy and direction

* Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants

* Driving revenue growth in line with the business's expansion plans

* Building senior-level relationships with key clients and candidates

* Contributing to wider business development as the company scales

Candidate Requirements:

* Significant experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a strong and sustained billing record

* Proven ability to manage relationships at a senior level

* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

* Genuine ambition to move into a Principal or Managing Consultant position

* Sector specialism relevant to our client's market (details available on application)
