Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an award-winning Independent Planning Consultancy in their search to recruit an experienced Principal / Associate Planner to their highly skilled and experienced team of Planning and Regeneration Consultants in Bristol.

What we're looking for:

The team are experienced in obtaining financially viable planning permissions for clients across a wide range of Residential and Commercial projects. They are experienced in bringing forward large-scale regeneration projects, and residential developments for leading housebuilders and private clients.

We are seeking applications from candidate who are MRTPI Chartered with experience ideally within private sector consultancy however those with extensive experience in ether the private or public sector are encouraged to apply. Experience within Residential and Strategic Land ideal!
