Responsibilities:

• Managing
  complex planning applications
  
• Drafting
  Planning Statements and appeal documents
  
• Coordinating
  multi -disciplinary consultant teams
  
• Promoting
  sites through emerging Local Plans
  
• Acting
  as lead client contact
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  (or extremely close to completion)
  
• Experience
  with infrastructure, energy or large -scale sites
  
• Strong
  project management skills
  
• Commercial
  and solution -oriented mindset
