• Proven experience in leading large-scale programmes with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into delivery
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels

• Experience in public sector transformation, policy delivery, or operational change is highly desirable
