Reed in Preston is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, people‑focused professionals to join our high‑performing Business Support team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with finance professionals and hiring managers
• Managing the full recruitment cycle
• Developing your client base through business development and networking
• Matching skilled candidates to exciting job opportunities
• Working to clear, achievable targets within a supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a recruitment consultant or a strong background in B2B/B2C sales
• Confidence in building relationships and developing new business
• Someone ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results
• A team player who enjoys a lively, successful, and collaborative environment
