Principal/Senior Acoustic Consultant - South East

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an experienced principal acoustic consultant to join their team in London.

You will have a degree in acoustics or have a diploma in acoustics control with the institute of acoustics. My client wants a consultant with extensive commercial experience of noise monitoring and assessment procedures.

Duties will include:

* Managing projects, financial details and junior staff.
* Undertaking noise assessments using modelling software such as CadnaA and CATT.
* Liaising with clients and the design team.
* Contributing to Environmental statements and Acoustic design.
* Analysing data and writing technical reports.

A solid understanding of noise and vibration legislation, noise mitigation measures and EIA processes are required for this role. You will need a full UK driving licence, and possess the ability to deliver integrated services as part of a team.
