Ready to take the lead on high-impact engineering projects? We're looking for a Principal EC&I Engineer to provide expert technical leadership, guide multi-discipline teams, and deliver complex engineering solutions to the highest safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
Lead EC&I delivery across multi-discipline projects.
Act as the subject matter expert on complex engineering issues.
Review & approve calculations, reports, specs, and technical documentation.
Mentor and develop engineers and specialists.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure clear communication.
Drive best practice, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
Strong background leading engineering teams on complex projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable: Experience across concept to EPC delivery, commercial or defence projects, and professional institute membership.
