What you'll be doing

• Operating a range of finishing machinery like a pro
• Keeping everything running smoothly with regular maintenance
• Laminating, folding, guillotining, and more no two days are the same
• Reading job tickets and specs with confidence (you know your stuff)
• Jumping in to support across departments when needed because teamwork matters

What we're looking for

• Proven, hands-on print finishing experience (cutting experience essential)
• An eagle eye for detail and the ability to spot issues before they happen
• Excitement to learn new finishing techniques (die-cutting, stitching, laminating)
• Reliability, flexibility, and pride in always meeting deadlines
