Salary: £33,800 - £38,045
Shift: 4 on / 4 off – 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights | 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Job Role of the Print Operator – Flexographic

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by an experienced Print Operator has come to the forefront. This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing packaging manufacturer, producing innovative polythene film, carrier bags and specialist packaging solutions for some of the UK's best-known brands.

You will be responsible for operating flexographic printing presses within a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

You will operate flexographic printing machinery, maintain high levels of product quality, follow company procedures and support continuous improvement across the production process. Full training can be provided on the printing machinery for the right candidate.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Print Operator – Flexographic

Experience operating flexographic printing machinery within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Print Operator – Flexographic

Previous experience within the packaging or polythene manufacturing industry.

Experience operating flexographic printing presses.

Experience working towards production KPIs.

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory capacity.
