Large Format Print Production Operative
Letchworth Garden City
Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Large Format Print Production Operative to join a well-established and growing production client based in Letchworth.

This is a permanent role offering excellent working hours and the opportunity to work within a busy and fast-paced print production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating large format print machinery to produce high-quality printed materials
Setting up, running, and maintaining print equipment
Ensuring all work is produced to required quality standards and deadlines
Finishing, trimming, and preparing printed products for dispatch
Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Working as part of a production team to meet daily output targets
Requirements:

Previous experience in large format print production or a similar print manufacturing environment
Good understanding of print processes and machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
