Print Room Operative

We’re on the lookout for Print Room Operatives to join our client’s team in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the automotive industry, offering long-term prospects and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities as a Print Room Operative:

Mixing inks to precise specifications for automotive printing processes
Following formulas, batch instructions, and production schedules accurately
Carrying out quality checks to ensure colour consistency and product standards are met
Maintaining accurate records for traceability and process control
Working closely with production teams to meet output targets
Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures
Skills and Attributes Required:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to learn technical processes, including colour matching and ink systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Practical and hands-on approach, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
The Details:

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm
Based in Witney
Long-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity
£13.41 per hour
Paid overtime available, including up to double pay on Sundays
