Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £29,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're currently recruiting for a Printer / Facilities Assistant to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious corporate contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in print room, reprographics, document services or office support who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.

The Role

This position is heavily focused on print and reprographics, with approximately:

80% print room and reprographics duties

*

20% general facilities support

Your responsibilities will include:

*

Managing day-to-day printing and reprographics requests

*

Operating and maintaining print room equipment

*

Producing, finishing and distributing printed materials

*

Assisting with meeting room setups and office moves

*

Supporting on-site engineers and the wider facilities team

*

Delivering excellent customer service to site occupants

*

General workplace and facilities support as required

What We're Looking For

*

Previous experience in a print room, reprographics, document services or similar role

*

Good organisational and communication skills

*

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requests

*

Customer-focused with a proactive attitude

*

Previous facilities or workplace support experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
