The role

As a front office representative, you'll manage a portfolio of clients ensuring the highest level of service.

What you will do

• Be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, supporting their everyday banking needs.
• Build lasting relationships and connect clients with specialists for lending and investment opportunities.
• Deliver a seamless experience by accurately executing client instructions and managing transactions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth banking operations.
