Private Client Adviser - STEP Practitioner - Brighton - Up to £80,000 DOE

My client, a boutique financial services firm based in Brighton, is seeking an experienced and STEP-qualified Private Client Adviser to join their expanding team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, delivering expert advice on estate planning, trusts, and intergenerational wealth preservation.

The ideal candidate will be a full STEP member (STEP) with demonstrable experience in advising on complex private client matters, including UK tax, inheritance law, and fiduciary duties. You will be confident, highly professional, and passionate about building trusted, long-term relationships based on ethical and independent advice.

In return, my client offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, along with a performance-related bonus structure.
