The firm’s client base in made up of HNW Investors and the firms client base is completely untapped when it comes to generating private client business. The firm want to offer equity in the role. They feel this essential to attract the right talent and suitably motivate the right person.

Candidate Criteria:

• Qualified Lawyer 8+ PQE.
• Specialist in Private Client law with experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• The ability to leverage the firms’ client base to create a new department.
• Team development from training to supporting junior professionals.
• Enforcing processes and procedures in the department.
