The Role:

• You will manage your own caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion, including:
• Drafting Wills and Trusts
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax and estate planning
• You'll be dealing with a loyal client base and will be expected to provide clear, compassionate, and professional advice, maintaining the high standards the firm is known for in the local community.

About You:

• Ideally 2+ years' experience handling a range of private client matters (qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal considered)
• Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with case management systems is advantageous

STEP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential
