About the Firm/Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Fee Earner to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience running a caseload independently and have a solid background within the wills & probate sector.
As a fee earner, you will be integral to the firm's success, ensuring high standards of client care, case management, and maintaining the firm's reputation.
You will be responsible for managing private client cases and contributing to the overall success of the team by promoting the firm's ethos, adhering to agreed practice procedures, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Assist with client work as allocated by the Head of the Private Client Team, ensuring adherence to the firm's procedures and quality standards Independently manage a caseload, including wills, probate, trusts, estates, and tax planning matters Provide timely updates to clients on the progress of their matters and on associated costs, ensuring excellent client communication at all times Uphold the highest standards of client care, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a pleasant manner in all interactions Achieve agreed billing and time recording targets, ensuring all client work progresses efficiently and in accordance with firm guidelines Comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Professional Conduct rules Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external institutions to ensure smooth running of cases Support, develop, and supervise immediate support staff as required Engage in self-development and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices Promote the firm's services and ethos, working in partnership with the Partners to grow the firm's reputation
About You:Experience running a caseload independently, with a solid background in Private Client work A commitment to the ethos, values, and strategy of the firm Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Experience in achieving billing and time recording targets
