Private Client Fee Earner - Hybrid Working

I’m working closely with a well-regarded law firm based in Bexleyheath, and they’re on the lookout for a bright and motivated Private Client Paralegal or Fee Earner to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Private Client work who’s looking for that next step—or even a more balanced, flexible role with real long-term prospects.

The Role: You’ll be handling a varied Private Client caseload which may include:

• Wills and estate planning
  
  
• Probate and estate administration
  
  
• Powers of attorney
  
  
• Trusts
  
  
• Court of Protection matters
  
  

Depending on your level, you’ll either support the fee earners or run your own files under supervision. There’s plenty of scope to grow, with ongoing training and a clear path to progression—whether that’s qualification or stepping into a more senior role.

About You: You’ll likely be a Paralegal or Fee Earner with at least 12 months' Private Client experience, ideally with:

• Solid knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs etc.
  
  
• Confidence in dealing with clients sensitively and professionally
  
  
• Strong organisational skills
  
  
• A team-focused attitude – this firm really values a positive culture.
