Job Opportunity: Head of Private Client Department
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus

A highly regarded, well-established law firm in South West London is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to lead their Private Client Department. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled legal professional to take the reins of a thriving team and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Private Client Department, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
Handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and tax advice.
Provide strategic direction to the department, ensuring growth and business development.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified solicitor with significant experience in private client law.
Proven track record of leadership and managing a team.
Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, and estate planning.
Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to business development.
