As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on complex estate planning, trusts, wills, tax, and succession matters.

• Providing tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses, as well as agricultural clients.

• Assisting with business succession planning, tax-efficient structuring, and wealth preservation.

• Maintaining and building strong client relationships and networks.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in private client law, with a track record of advising high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial clients.

• Knowledge of tax planning, trusts, and estate administration for owner-managed businesses and agricultural clients is highly desirable.

• Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.

• An established network of referrers or the ability to bring clients would be highly attractive.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
