A leading regional law firm is looking for a Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join its established and supportive Bereavement team.

If you’re A Private Client Lawyer with Strong client communication and service skills, have a proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and can confidently handle both straightforward and technical matters, then you can expect to have responsibility for matters that include:

• Drafting Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney
• Managing estate administration, from simple to complex taxable estates
• Advising on intestacy, trust creation, and trust administration
