An established law firm in South Manchester/ Cheshire are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wills and Probate Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a strong background in Wills and Probate to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

Qualifications & Experience;

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2-3 years PQE.
Proven experience in Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection applications.
Strong knowledge of inheritance tax and compliance requirements.
Experience with business development and marketing activities.
