JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
You’ll become an integral part of a well-established and supportive team, managing abroad range of high-quality private client work. Your caseload will include drafting wills, preparing Lasing Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Probate matters, Court of Protection applications and Elderly client advice. Encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and, interested, mentor junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE:
Seeking Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executives or experienced Fee Earners with at least 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in handling their own caseload with minimal supervision. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified or working towards it, have experience of advising on al aspects of private client law including IHT and complex estates.
