The Private Client Lawyer role:

A new and exciting role has arisen in a well-established firm for a Private Client Lawyer in Leicestershire with a minimum of three years PQE working in a similar role. This role is suited to a tenacious Lawyer who works well in a team and able to display professionalism and great attention to detail in their work.

The successful Private Client Lawyer will be well informed in general Private Client matters undertaking duties to include:

• Estate administration
• Probate matters
• Managing trust files
• Assisting, advising and managing client expectations
• Delegating work to junior staff
• Compliance
• Risk assessments
• File reviews

The Private Client Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ solid experience
• Previous expertise in supervising junior staff and risk assessment compliance is essential
• Personable, tenacious and an avid team player
• Dedicated to providing excellent client care
• Good organisational skills
• IT literate
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
