Private Client Solicitor/ Practitioner

Malvern | Hybrid Working | £45,000 plus bonus

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with a respected and established law firm offering a wide range of legal services, including commercial and residential property, litigation, family law, business law, wills, trusts, and probate, located in Malvern.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Practitioner to join their friendly and collaborative team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled private client professional seeking a role offering autonomy, quality work, and the opportunity to become part of a well-established local firm with a loyal client base.

You will manage your own varied caseload, providing expert advice across a broad range of private client matters.

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts

Working closely with the wider team, you will play an important role in maintaining the firm’s excellent client service standards while having the independence to manage your own matters.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor or significant experience as a Private Client Practitioner
• Proven experience managing a private client caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A professional, proactive, and client-focused approach

STEP membership or progress towards STEP qualification would be beneficial, although not essential.
