Private Client Lawyer

We are working with an expanding law firm in the West Midlands which is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who wants to play an integral role in the next stage of the firm’s development, and where they can access quality work and clients.

You will be both managing your own private client caseload and overseeing more junior team members, and as you will be working in an unsupervised capacity the firm expects that the successful applicant will have accrued circa 7+yrs PQE or equivalent. handling matters such as:

- Wills & probate

- Estate administration

- Tax & trusts

- Powers of Attorney and

- Court of Protection matters

You will be advising a broad client base, including high-net-worth individuals, as well as being involved in marketing and business development opportunities to further enhance the firm’s profile for high quality private client work.

The firm is keen to consider applications from both solicitors and legal executives with proven experience within the private client sector, and who are keen to embrace the exciting challenge this opportunity offers.
