Our client is a recognized full-service law firm based in Maidenhead, known for providing top-tier legal services. It is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its esteemed Private Client team.

The team comprises of two experienced Private Client, Wills & Probate fee earners.

Department specialises in:

• Drafting complex and simple wills
• Tax planning and related advice
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Court of protection work
• Administration of estates and trusts for high-net-worth individuals

Role Responsibilities:

As a Private Client Legal Assistant, you will:

• Ensure smooth and efficient team operations through general administration
• Perform dictation and audio typing
• Complete simple Lasting Powers of Attorney documents
• Manage diaries, emails and documents
• Utilize Microsoft Word proficiently
• Handle basic accounting administration and invoicing using templates
• Work with Excel spreadsheets and formulas
• Utilize PowerPoint (advantageous but not essential)

What We're Looking For:

• A commercial legal background (preferred)
• Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High accuracy, organization, approachability, confidentiality and flexibility
• A typing speed of 70 WPM
