We are seeking a bright and ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to enhance our team. This role offers a great deal of autonomy and direct client interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Draft and advise on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Engage in estate planning and the management of trusts.
• Maintain regular contact with affluent clients, providing high-quality legal advice and building strong client relationships.
• Participate in the firm’s marketing programmes to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Work autonomously while also collaborating with the team to ensure best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in private client work.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing directly with affluent clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Strong organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking, with a willingness to use initiative and contribute to the firm’s success.
