What You'll Do:
As a Private Client Assistant, your role will be central to the operations of our Private Client team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with all administrative tasks, including file management, document preparation, and client record management.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant legislation and industry trends.
• Liaising with clients to respond to inquiries and provide case updates.
• Preparing and filing legal documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth work flows and efficient service delivery.
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive client information.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Previous experience as a Private Client Assistant within a legal setting.
• Strong knowledge of Private Client work, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal case management software.
