Job Description - Private Client Legal Secretary

Family Legal Secretary
Location: Birmingham (South-West)
Hours: Full-time
Department: Private Client

Are you a Legal Secretary with a passion for Private Client Law, or are you a seasoned Legal Secretary looking for a new area of law?

Join our dynamic and supportive team at a specialist leading firm in South-West Birmingham!

This role will suit an already experienced Legal Secretary who has a passion for Family Law, or someone who would like to try a new area of law!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing full secretarial support to our Private Client team
Managing client communication with professionalism and empathy
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Diary management, arranging meetings & keeping everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Previous extensive experience in a Legal Secretary role (minimum of 2 years)
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player spirit

Please Note: (Only applicants with a minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience will be considered)
